This course is for anyone interested in understanding the fundamental principles of solar PV technologies. The trainees will learn the various applications of PV systems, PV cell technology, the various components used in a PV installation, factors affecting the efficiency of a PV system and the economics of PV systems.
After completion of this course, participants will be able to:

Paraphrase the economic aspects of PV systems including energy yield, metering options and costs.

Energy yield and Performance Ratio: case study, Economics of PV systems
